Coaching has a different emphasis and outcomes to counselling. It is usually very goal focused and is about helping you make a plan to achieve those goals. Some goals are work focused - for example. changing careers or coping with changes in your workplace or moving forward after job loss. Other goals may be about you, your family or relationships.
I trained as a coach with Rhonda Britten. Rhonda developed a unique way of looking at our fears and what can keep us 'stuck' in life. I can provide a coaching programme, based on Rhonda's methods and other coaching methodologies which can be extremely useful in helping you move forward.
Coaching can be delivered via a mixture of face to face sessions and online or phone based sessions.
Before deciding to work together it's a good idea to have an initial appointment, either face to face or online to make sure that coaching rather than counselling is the best way forward.
